We were away on a holiday weekend and our daughter is a student at West Chester University. She was leaving to drive to Washington DC and was only 10 minutes from school when her car died. We looked up online where we could have her car towed by AAA in the area and chose Lewis Automotive after the owner answered when we called and said he'd be happy to take a look at her car even though it was a holiday weekend. He was very kind to our daughter and fixed what needed to be done in a timely manner to get her back on the road and communicated with us about the repair to authorize ahead of time. We were very thankful for such wonderful customer service and knowledgable automotive repair on such short notice especially on a holiday weekend. We will definitely use Lewis Automotive in the future when in the West Chester PA area!
