Life Storage

I rented a storage unit for my car this year and intended to pull it out a day before my lease renewed for another month but was delayed by a day due to my Father-in-Laws funeral. When I called to take it out today I was informed that my lease terms had changed and I owed until the end of the month. The staff in State College was arrogant and dismissive about my circumstance and told me that we received an email explaining the change. The email was in my wife’s junk folder. All other issues aside the staff was terrible and rude. I wouldn’t rent from this company again under any circumstances. Find another unit, you can’t trust the State College store.
