Lititz Service Center

I go to college in Tennessee but live up here during school breaks. So my truck is registered in PA etc. So I naturally had to get it inspected. They failed me for a rusty bumper which i thought was kind of silly being that I see vehicles without bumpers frequently that pass PA inspection. Also I got an oil change. I mentioned to him prior to the inspection I wanted an oil change as well, no big deal. This was last week. Well I recently sold the vehicle and the person who just bought it who is a pretty smart Mechanic told me it started smoking out of the hood because the oil was filled way past the amount that it was normally supposed to be at. I can see that whomever was working on my vehicle was just trying to get me to come back to fix the issue so I can dish out more money.
