The experience my bridesmaids had at this dress shop was almost painful to listen to. Aside from being told to order almost 2 sizes up, the customer service leading up to receiving the dresses was terrible. The dresses were gorgeous, but arrived a week if not more later than they were estimated. Once they arrived in the store, the woman working with my bridesmaids called an excessive amount during the middle of the work day expecting to hear back. All bridesmaids work full time jobs as do I, and then I received a call as well complaining that one girl was not responding..maybe she was working...? When one bridesmaid wanted to come pick up the dress after work, she rudely directed her to check the store hours, as they were not even open. I'm sorry but when do they expect working people to come get the dress?..She was then told to make an appointment..(Mind you all, that my wedding is in Ohio, on March 10th.)The woman then was extremely rude, not providing any helpful customer service, not allowing my bridesmaids to feel accommodated AT ALL. Total, we spent about $1200.00 at this store, and the dresses are gorgeous but had I known the customer service of this place, we would have went elsewhere. Happy nothing else inconvenient happened, but definitely consider looking elsewhere is my opinion.
