Really, really disappointing and frustrating experience with an online order. Customer Service was not at all helpful, (with the exception of Kristen, who was the only helpful and professional person I dealt with there, but still couldn't solve my problem).
Suffice it to say, they lie on the phone, they lie to your face, then when you call and ask for assistance as directed, I was hung up on 5 times "accidentally". The Store Manager (Russell) avoids eye contact and conversation, and did nothing to help his staff or me (the customer). I'll stick with Wayfair or Home Depot moving forward. Very disappointing and extremely frustrating experience.
