Worst customer service ever! Never return your calls. Messed up every online order I have placed since December. But no one seems to care. Unfortunately lowes is the only one who carries the flooring I like so I’m stuck dealing with this mess until our house is finished. Only person who has it together is Megan in kitchen and bath.
Lowe’s is Lowe’s. I was once told by an employe, “Lowe’s, it’s not only where we work, it’s our attitude too.” So given that and our never ending quest for low priced incompetence I did have quite a good experience with an employee who went out of his way to find what I needed. The Lowe’s app said the store had two iris hubs in stock. When I got to the store there wasn’t even a spot for a hub where an employee told me they were. Asking another employee who had never heard of iris, netted him wondering off to look it up. I checked the app and it pointed me to another location. After going there I found no iris hub and no spot for one. The employee there looked it up on the computer and then said they were supposed to be where I was standing. But follow him. He found an end cap that had a sale sign for the older hub at a reduced price but no hubs were there, old or new. He went to the keeper of the cage keys and there they were, in the cage. Not the 2 as listed on the site, but 6. They all marveled at their new found iris stock as I bought my 1 and left. Lowe’s.... what can you say.
