Terrible customer service and no incentive to work with the customers. Google should have an option for 0 stars. I placed a major appliance order for a brand new house that did not have any appliances and was quoted at 4 weeks for delivery. Three weeks passed by and I went in to check on the status. They never notified me that the order was not going to make it in time and they had no idea when they would be able to fulfill it. Had I not gone in, I probably wouldn't have found out about this until the day of delivery and I would've been stuck eating out and doing laundry in the bathtub for much longer than necessary. The best they could do was give me $50 towards the purchase of in stock appliances or 10% off. That would do absolutely nothing for me since I already get 10% off and $50 towards a $4k+ order is a slap in the face. I called Lowe's corporate to get some help. I had to call back 3 times and the first lady I spoke to had lied to me. She said they could get me equivalent or better appliances delivered for the same price I had paid. After the third time calling back, their story had changed from "they could do it" to "we need store manager approval". Which obviously, the store manager did not care to save my order or make it right. So in summary - I was without appliances for 3 weeks and nobody thought to call me and notify me that my order was being pushed back several more weeks at the minimum. Thank god I went in to check on it. I cancelled my entire order and went to Duggan's Appliances. They worked really hard to get everything I needed in and they matched the prices I paid based on my Lowe's receipt for every appliance. I'm getting the appliances delivered within a week. Don't waste your time and money ordering anything from this store. I should have listened to all the other bad reviews on here but the "sale" and my 10% off swayed me originally. Do yourself a favor and go to Duggan's and tell them what you can "get" at Lowes, Home Depot, Bestbuy, or any other store and they will try their hardest to match it or beat it without any qualms. I am telling everyone I work with, my family, my friends, and anyone else who will listen to avoid Lowe's for any major projects or appliances, they do NOT work to make it right for the customer when they mess up or can't fulfill an order.
