My favorite store let me down today. I have a John Deere D140 ($2,373) riding mower that’ I purchased less than a year and used it only for 16 hours. already started to have problems with deck belts, two already broken. I believe I got a defective tractor and expected better service from the store as Dan, the Manager on duty referred me to their 888 number to call for service. I expected a replacement for the bad one they sold me.
I went to the gardening dept. last week to get mulch that was on sale. I didn’t see it so I asked the cashier she said she didn’t know so i said can you check? so she checked on the computer and said it’s 366 now. I saw online after i left it is on sale for 2.50 but I was not going back. I then asked where the flowers that you have five for five? she said she didn’t now didn’t even try to help to look I said do you have an ad she said no so I began to look for them. After I found them grabbed what I wanted and I said I got them from over there she barely even acknowledge what I was telling her. To summit up she wasn’t helpful at all!!
