Weak customer service seems to be a consistent issue here. We purchased a grill in the Havertown location, but had to pick up a boxed unit at the Plymouth Meeting location. The associate in Havertown called the correct section in Plymouth Meeting, informed the associate that we would be arriving within the hour to pick up the product. They claimed it would be picked and ready, since there was 20 minutes of lead time. We arrive, no grill at pick up, the section associate is nowhere to be found and it wasn't until another associate radioed him that he turned up. He told us that one of the guys would pick it right away and then he runs off. 20 minutes roll by and the picker comes by. No grill. He needs to find a cover first. Another 30 minutes roll by. They brought it on a forklift and need to get another cart. They load it, ask if there's anything else we need, we say no, and they walk away. No offer to even help bring it to the car, much less lift it. Shocking that even with a lead time of 20 minutes, they still required nearly an hour to pick a single item. If we hadn't paid in advance, we would have walked out and taken our business elsewhere with customer service.
