This person has NO manners on how to speak to customers, he is so disrespectful and gets into nasty arguments and fights and has no skill level to repair any tv what so ever, so pls if LG try to send you here say NO to them and ask them to submit your repair order somewhere else, i would give 0 stars to this guy. Really bad service center. (Pls read his response, its so funny that his lies are caught here, he says the 3D issue is only a setting issue which is a proof of his incompetence, he never documents anything on his calls and that results in customer frustration, no one has time to answer your repeated questions, you don't answer calls and you dont reply emails you are incompetent, its not only me read all other experiences, LG must remove him, i will be launching a petition for LG to ban such incompetent fools who only create more problems and create bad customers experiences for LG customers) u dont even deserve a 1 star Mr Failure!
