The therapists there are awesome. Our therapist is knowledgable, very easy to take to and engaging in listening. Their space is bright and comfortable. However I strongly recommend they find a new scheduler/medical biller. Calling once and leaving a voicemail you can expect to not hear from her. You must call 3 to 4 times and email 1 to 2 times to get a call back or email the week following your calls and emails. The practice requires a credit card to stay on file for copays, and the medical biller has charged my credit card without my knowledge. When i requested a breakdown of why the charge was applied the medical biller couldn't explain what the charges were for. My insurance covered the full payment for service, but still had to pull teeth to have the charge reversed.
Therapy is meant to reduce stress, the administrative side of this practice can feel at times as though the purpose of therapy is being negated.
