It's an ok location for Martz since it's not their central for the East Stroudsburg area. There are several issues with it that I can see: 1. In order to get to the main building from the main parking lot which is separated from it you have to walk through a narrow path not equipped for pedestrian traffic. And 2. Hours of 3:30 am - 8:30 am don't really work for commuters.
