The guy who runs this operation John Luciano is a slimy character.
He said my cabinets would cost around $7,000 even after I selected a slightly cheaper
cabinet door the price was jacked up to $7900. I did not wish to give him the business but my wife
would have been disappointed, and we had a separate contract with an installer, so to get a new cabinet maker we would have to delay it another several weeks, but we needed the install before Thanks Giving.
He did go out of his way to provide service until the day I cut him the check. Then his attitude changed and I became a problem for him. We paid 50% up front and the rest when cabinets were delivered.
Prior to signing contract he came to my home and measured the space to "make sure there would be no mistakes" yet when two of the cabinets did not fit the space and were made too big. When I complained (24 hours after he cashed the check and refused to accept a credit card despite the fact he takes them as on his entrance door) he stated on phone that I should have "reviewed the contract" and that I would have to pay for the replacement doors and adjusted cabinets.
The owner is a slime ball liar. My advice is to never to do business with this company.
