So talk about lousy service. My husband and I brought in his SUV last week to get diagnosed. They took a couple days to figure out the problem and quoted us for the price to be $590. My husband heard it and so did I. They sent away for the parts and said it would be there Monday. Tuesday we checked in on it to see how they were doing and they were waiting on one part to come in and offered to have the vehicle dropped off at our house after it was finished. We live half a mile up the road so my husband said we would pick and pay in the morning. I wake up in the morning with 2 voicemails. One states that they purchased the wrong coils for his vehicle and that it once again wouldn't be done. The second message states that they had just finished it and they did have his coils. My question to them is " Why wasn't it done the day before?" IF we depended on them to drop it off that afternoon would it have been done to begin with or would we be faced with not have another vehicle. We went on a week stretch just running on my vehicle and being pregnant right it would of left my husband in a bind to make delivery so the dilly dallying wasn't appreciated. On top of this wonderful customer service my husband goes to pay the bill and it comes out to be $982 . Way more than what we were quoted at. I called to talk to service about it and they said they would have the technician who worked on it call me this morning. Well of coarse he didn't. I am so shocked and discussed with the out come in this experience. I bought my vehicle and have always had them work on our vehicles and had very good luck. I sent everyone i knew there for buying vehicles and service. I can honestly say I do not want to go there again. Took off my Matthew advertising plate this morning and have been letting others know about the experience.
Great people and honest service with Casey and Scott in the Collision center. Kind, caring, and thorough. They'll never forget you.
