Using the drive-thru, I requested napkins/salt/ketchup; we got napkins, but NO salt/ketchup. We also did NOT get the 2 Apple pies we ordered. To complete the total (NOT) “lovin’ it” experience, we were given 2 ham/egg/cheese muffins instead of the 2 sausage/egg/cheese muffins we had ordered. A complete 1* experience from A to Z. From now on, we’ll go to the nearby Burger King or Wendy’s for a much better dining experience.
