Some of the employees try so hard at this McDonald's to give good customer service. Majority of them are just clueless and disorganized. It's sad that you have to go through a drive-through wait half an hour and still not get what you ordered and have to go back in. Several customers like me had to go back in because they got their order wrong too. Management definitely needs to be retrained. It seems that the employees are trying but just can't get it together and management needs to have a system that works to keep the flow going both in the Drive-Thru and inside.
