Friendly and nice staff. Heard the good reviews but had a terrible experience. They forgot to actually replace the oil during a synthetic oil change. I came in the following morning when warning lights came up and they apologetically added oil. I was also told that my brakes were metal to metal and had no life left, and that I should replace the rotors as well. Visually inspecting them myself showed this was not the case and I had another mechanic confirm that I had several thousand miles left before I should even consider changing them. Brakes work and make no sound to this day.
