Might I suggest treating patients like people, not inconveniences. I understand dealing with insurance issues is frustrating, please know that goes both ways. That being said the pa Maryanne was pleasant and efficient and I waited no more than 5-10 minutes before being seen. However I will think twice before going back to a med express.
