Metro Diner

Great food, reasonably priced. Shared 2 meals between 3 people and still had leftovers. The chicken and waffle plate is fantastic, juicy chicken with a great light crunchy skin. Waffles are light and delicious with a housemade strawberry butter. Our son got the chicken club sandwich super thick bacon with a lettuce slaw that was a nice touch. This was our first visit, it will not be our last. Looking forward to trying the shrimp and grits.

Metro staff is always pleasant. The atmosphere is busy but nice. The menu contained a variety of food that can be expected at any dinner, but also brings in a few specialties that other diners either don't have or can't do well. Shrimp and grits, eggs benedict, and specialty breakfast options are a few of these. Excellent place. Highly recommend.
