A free (basic) car wash with a fill is a great deal.
However, I did have one incident I want to relate. A few weeks ago, and only once, I filled up, 14.75 gallons, to get my wash. However the tank showed only half filled. I completely forgot they have a service station there and instead, the next day, took it to my mechanic, as I thought the gas gauge was broke, who say 'Yep, it's halfway'. So one week later I returned to fill up again ... 18.5 gallons, which my gauge correctly displayed.
I had both of my receipts and wanted to inform them about what happened, knowing, and stating up front, I wasn't expecting a refund...I was only concerned there could be something amiss with the pump and if it was worked on in the last few weeks maybe I'd have some evidence.
Well I spoke with Bob Sr. (owner), showed him the receipts, asked if this was possible and was clearly, abruptly, repeatably, told that these pumps are calibrated ... 'see that green sticker on that pump! ... that means it's calibrated!~ ... not possible the pump was wrong! ... if you have a question you need to call the County and they will calibrate it! ... '
So I put my hands up ... said 'Ok, no problem. I get it.' and proceeded to walk out. Well he didn't like that ... walked behind me continuing his speech, and after I got out the door he said "It's not that you don't like what I'm saying, you just don't like how I'm saying it!
And I turned back to him and simply said "Yep, that's absolutely true!" and left.
So, great place, I still go, five stars for products and value, but service is another story.
