Just like a lot of other people, I used to like this place but now it is too much corporate mumbo jumbo dumb policies that don't benefit the customer or really even their own business. They did my inspection and told me I had to replace the headlight. The inspector suggested that I could get the headlight assembly cheaper by ordering it myself online and if I had trouble installing it they would install it for me. Then when I came back with the part I was told they won't install a part that they didn't purchase themselves. Company policy. This is why I prefer go to small business shops instead of corporate places like this. Which is exactly what I was forced to do, go to a small individually owned shop where they value my business and can wiggle on 'company policy' because they understand and empathize with my situation. AND want my money. Monro is more about quantity over quality.
