We have taken three vehicles here over the years. The old management could be moody but once you got used to it they really were great. The new management had proven to be really patient with me who's detail oriented/researcher but knows little about cars. The bill is ALWAYS fair. They even apply coupons that are valid without asking if you don't have it in hand. We really feel like it's as close to a home town mechanic as it can be as a chain. But you get the added benefit of promotions and more hours!
