Guardian Storage

I've been dealing with Guardian Storage on Haymaker Rd. in Monroeville for years now. The manager Cindy is ALWAYS willing to listen to input and is open to all communication. She is terrific at problem-solving and is just an all around nice person. Lauren, the assistant manager is the same. I'm not sure if that came from Cindy's skillful training ability, or if it's just a coincidence, that someone that has the same work ethic and skill set happened to land at the same office ... whatever the reason ... they're both great to do business with and I'm glad they're at the facility I choose to use. I'd go out of my way and travel a bit farther to do business at this facility because of these gals. Kudos to Guardian for having these awesome folks represent and work for their organization ! I definitely recommend Guardian Storage !

Cindy and Lauren are always very helpful and friendly. I actually feel like they are friends rather than storage unit managers. The facilities are always neat and clean. Wi-fi in the lobby business area and a conference room are great amenities. Much more than just a place to store things.

I can’t thank Lauren Browne enough for her work. She is a hard worker and a model employee. She made my experience so pleasurable, I’ll be sure to recommend this exact location to everyone.
