GOD HELP YOUR SOUL IF YOU EVER NEED TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They are horribly disorganized and lazy. They close and stop answering their phones well before they're posted close time. They openly admit they don't check their mail so definitely do not attempt to mail them payment for anything. You can't drive there to drop off payment either because they have no mail box or mail slot. So basically I'm saying if you have a job you're screwed. They treat you like a dirty felon over a parking ticket. Its insane. All we ever wanted was for them to do their jobs but instead they took advantage of us. The clerks here are just terrible. I sure hope this is one of the offices to close once budget cuts take effect.
I drove there in person to pay a fine. They close at 4 but were gone and closed at 330 when we arrived. Couldn't leave the payment in a mail slot because they don't have one. We drove to the closest post office and mailed it in. I called to varify they received the money order. They said no and we issued a warrant (btw the warrant was issued before the actual due date). When unsaid i sent it the girl laughed and said "oh yeah we don't check it often"... Are you serious? You don't check to see if its paid before issuing a warrant!? I have never been in trouble in my life.. this was a simple fine.. We tried to pay online but the docket number provided was not bringing it up. I called again the next day at 3:40 and they were already gone.. I go the next morning when they were supposed to open but they didn't arrive until almost a half hour later.. they're a mess.. with unemployment rates this high they should really find new people..
