Dr. SUSAN Ward prescribed a drug to my grandmother that caused her trouble sleeping. When she made an appointment with the doctor to see if there was an alternate medication - Dr. Ward told her that there was nothing that she could do for her and cancelled all of my grandmother's future appointments. Instead of trying to help a difficult patient, she just gave up. Do not see this doctor. My grandmother then went to visit her primary physician who was able to prescribe her another drug and get her some pain relief. So while the rheumatologist couldn't help her with her pain, a PA at her primary care office was able to help her. What a joke. Don't see Dr. Ward if you can avoid it.
