There were two things he did that I especially appreciated. 1. He worked with me with the design - he gave helpful hints, and tips from his experience. Very helpful. 2. He was willing to work with me with the price. I went a little over my budget, but he lowered the price significantly for me, so I was able to afford the ring of my fiance's dreams.
