I don't think I'm alone when I say that with every whir, click or unidentifiable bang I dread taking my car in to get it checked for fear of being scammed by the car-care mechanic industry.
Chuck and his team treated me with respect, clearly outlined the issue with my car and provided fair and reasonable pricing for repairs. No upselling, no overenflated egos, no watzig wizziwig is broken, no need to say "I'll have to have my husband blaaa.." .
