Has done full roof replacements on two rental properties (one shingled, one flat rubber roof). Also did siding job an different rental property (see attached picture). Did excellent work. Have referred Nealman Construction for interior drywall repairs / paint / finish carpentry to friends and family on 3 occasions and always got great feedback.
