These folks are completely unreliable for appliance pick-up. After attempting a pick up for almost a month to pick up a washing machine in almost perfect condition, I did schedule an appointment. The folks came out and didn't take it. Apparently, it cannot sell. In speaking with the exact person who scheduled the pick-up, he fell back on, "We have too many, when did you call?"
So here I am, more than a month of dealing with this group, and a perfectly good washing machine still in my driveway
