Newlin Grist Mill Park

I love the Newlin Grist Mill. This is a place I used to come to all throughout my childhood. I have many fond memories here. This is a fantastic place to take your kids, it's perfect for a family outing. It has absolutely beautiful scenery, with streams, ponds, and small waterfalls. The trees, flowers, and paths. Go and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing walk through this park and take in all the sights and sounds and observe the wildlife. They also offer many events here, from trout fishing to archeology, bird watching to wine tasting. Build lasting memories with your family here, year after year and enjoy the history of this place. You won't regret it!

They have an apprentice program that started at the grist mill. I witnessed some hot iron work being taught in the shop today.
