I never take the time to write reviews, but these guys earned it for sure. I came across a CX-9 that matched my specs, but it was 4 hours away in PA. I emailed and quickly got a response from Dan Oestreich. He quickly quoted me a price with no games and let me know the vehicle was in mint condition other than a scratch on the quarter panel (that would be fixed). By that night, the deposit was down. Communication was great and we worked out everything on the phone and via email. After the scratch had been fixed, Dan was not happy with the work and had it done again to make sure the paint was blending properly. Brent was also very easy to work with. Pick up was smooth and quick with no unexpected problems. Every dealer should be like this! I would buy from these guys again even with the long distance. 5 stars!
