North Pittsburgh Oral Surgery: Drs. Galey, Kreps, Roccia and Tunder

I think it’s finally time to give the review that’s deserved. Originally, I dropped it to a one star because when I called to see if anyone had canceled their appointments so I could move up mine, I got a bit of an impatient response from someone who sounded as if I was wasting their time. I was then told that my appointment was never even put in the system, and I had to schedule another month ahead of what I originally had planned. That was annoying. But if it weren’t for my 1 star review I still would still be sitting at home waiting until April just to be examined. I got a call from Mary Ann(?) and she fixed everything up for me! I moved it to 3 stars in case I’d get some mistreatment over my review but nope, that was not a problem at all! I feel bad because I made a huge deal about it, but everyone from that point on was super friendly with me! I’d like to thank the front staff for their patience and kindness towards me despite what I originally posted. I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Tunder and he was great! It took maybe 20 minutes but it felt like just two. Very minimal swelling & pain. I’m very pleased. Thank you to everyone who’s there for being so great! Here’s your 5/5 review :)
