I am not sure I understand the negative reviews for this location, because I have been pleased and keep coming back. As a woman, I have been treated with respect and have never felt uncomfortable. They showed me exactly the flaw and explained how they recommended fixing it. They try hard to work with you on the pricing, so that it makes the sting of a horrible repair bill a bit easier to bear. I believe that the men I have dealt with are honest and decent people who are really trying to do a good job for people.
