If you call Ober's, be sure to get the facts before you let them do anything. I called and asked specifically if they have a drain rotor and what it would cost. I got an hourly rate that was acceptable only to find out after the job was over that they charge an additional truck fee and nearly $90 to get the rotor off the truck and use it in addition to their hourly rate. Their place of business is close to me and the travel time and job could not have taken more than 45 min because I had everything ready for them including locating the clog, All that was needed was 10 min with the machine. Not at all happy with the bill or the attitude of the person I talked to when I called in to register my complaint. I will not be calling again. Nor will I recommend to any one. He seemed to have no problem loosing a customer and potentially 10 or however many happen to read my review.
