The employees are decent, intelligent people. Oddly enough, it's the store manager that inspired such a low review, he's always yelling at and belittling his employees, even though the employees are far more knowledgeable and helpful than he is. I've even witnessed the store manager belittling an employee for not doing something, and realized just a minute later that the store manager was supposed to do it himself. I feel bad for the employees there, and will never, ever, shop there again unless they fire that store manager. From what I've seen, he is truly terrible, as a leader and a person in general.
