I called to get a preventative spray done for season change.
They Gave me a window of 1-5 pm and a date.
I took a half a day off of work. At 5:50 pm I called wondering why there was no communication and where the person was and I was transferred to a customer service in North Carolina who said she couldn't help me, gave me excuses as to why the person MIGHT now of been at my house and said "someone would call me tomorrow to reschedule and probably apologize for my inconvenience" NO ONE CALLED. No one called the following day.
Then I speak to someone who says their call center never transferred my info to the actual technician.
People take off of work and LOSE MONEY so you can come to our homes and for you to not communicate OR call and apologize is totally unprofessional.
