Outback Steakhouse

I will start with it was busy but not crazy. Wait time of 10 min. I ordered drinks at the bar for my family I tipped the bartender and she brought our drinks to our table because we got seated while she was making them. When our waitress arrived we already had drinks and our order ready. We order a blooming onion and asked for extra sauce with order. The onion come out with one sauce. It take 15 minutes to get another one by then the remaining onion is cold. Seeing our waitress on the floor did not happen often. It took 50 minutes for our meal to arrive. When it does temperatures are all over the place. Sons wings are super hot my sides are cold other sons food was warm. I am a steak eater and I will normally eat an entire steak fat and all. This one was way too fatty I ate some but this picture shows what was still left. I eat at outback 5 to 6 times a year and this was my first time at this location and I won't be rushing back anytime soon. I gave 2 stars because the bartender was on the ball.
