Panera Bread

I love the food yet have a general dislike of this company for being rude, forgetful and making poor choices at a corporate level in relation to technology being implemented. This visit was no different. They did not give me a spoon or fork to eat soup / salad with so I had to go back to the counter and ask and their responce was "we ran out of spoons and forks, would a plastic fork and spoon be ok?" Do they expect me to use my fingers to eat my soup? Its for stuff like this I vote this restaurant to be one of the worst (management) with the best food.
