I've personally been a patient at this practice all growing up and I have great memories there; however, bringing in my son the past year has not been so welcoming. A couple of the Doctor's have been in practice since I was a child (20+ years ago) and I feel as if they don't have the patience anymore for children and are just down right mean. They look down on you if your child ins't up to date developmentally.
Within the past few weeks my mother has taken my nephew in (9 years old) who has lived with her since he was 14 months old due to parental complications and Dr. Gazdick had the audacity to ask personal questions trying to hide the conversation from my nephew who was in the same room. Yelled at my nephew to sit down, then immediately demanded him to stand up. He looked at my mother in confusion.
I've also paid for my records to be sent to me and they never were so when I followed up about 1-2 months later they said I had to pay again. (a whole 5 dollars) It's not the amount it's the principle. I'm so happy we never have to step foot in there again.
