1 Mar 20, 2018 xiao z Every time we visit, they are late in seeing us. Usually by 30 to 60 minutes. Why can't they set time expectations correctly? Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. This results in wasted time in addition to paying an arm and a leg for parking.
