Great experience renewing driver's license. Most of the process is handled online in PA, but you do have to come in to have your picture taken. This center breaks all the stereotypes about a visit to a DMV. The place is large and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lots of technology to speed the process along. As soon as you enter you use a touch screen kiosk to get a number for rhe line that addresses your reason for visiting. There is a disembodied and very clear voice that alerts you when its your turn. As mentioned above, the staff is very helpful. They even took the time to address everyone personally. I heard one congratulate a teen on his first license, and another joke with a patron to calm his nerves down.
