I didn't feel I needed to leave a comment, until I saw all the negative comments others have left and thought I'd give a response on the good experience I had. It's a family Like setting. There's no penndot type system that some maybe expecting. But if they think the female is rude, they haven't been to Penndot itself or can't be from Allentown. It's actually a nice place for being in the city. She stayed late for me, let me use her computer and fax to get docs, And gave me her direct line if I ran into any issues over the holiday break. . PA is a pain when it comes to car stuff.. always keep that in mind before blaming an individual!
