5 Jul 13, 2018 riley Tara has yet to give me a bad cut. Highly recommend her for men's cuts, though I have seen her preform excellently with woman's hair as well. Super funny, great outfits, quality stylist. (If she's not here at the time you read this, ignore it lol)
