Amazing staff who are very tentative to customers who are walking the isles and are well informed on animal care/health. Only issue I have personally is there is normally only 1 person on register which can be frustrating if there is a long line, but as well as they handle the stress i cant take a star away for that as they are very polite when you do get to them and don't make you feel like an inconvenience.
