Philadelphia County Assistance Office District 4 Ridge/Tioga

The Worst County Assistance Office in the World. They're very a**holes that don't care about the nature of your case. They'll tell you one thing and then deny you because of it. They don't return phone calls, never notifies you of wait times within office and take forever to do simple tasks. If I didn't need the help, I wouldn't ever work with them again. Parking is horrible. They have two massive lots for employees yet there never seems to be more than 2 people on front desk and 3 case workers on shift. They won't allow you to park there; they're rude as hell inside and out and the policies seem to change daily and they can never keep their word.
