Bella Medspa

DO NOT GO HERE! My experience with Bella Medspa has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I made an appointment to have 2 areas of coolsculpting done. They cancelled my appointment THREE TIMES with less than 24 hours notice. I have a job, as many of us do, and I took off work to have this done, and they couldn't have cared less about not only the inconvenience, but my hours lost at work. Like an idiot, I decided to still have the coolsculpting done by them... I would have let this go, except I just had my 3 month "check-in" and had barely any results. They say you will see a 25% decrease, and I saw, maybe 5%, and the lady who did my check-in agreed with that. They are not offering to do any other treatments or refund me in anyway because "that's why they had me sign the waiver". DO NOT GO TO THEM. There are plenty of other places who actually care about their customers.

Very personable and great service...my lashes are extended to perfection. I love this place and the staff.
