Needed suit cleaned for important event. dropped it off 2 weeks before and I waited to pick it up the day before. Nothing like goimg back to get the suit and having her hand it to me balled up saying she didnt clean it because it had dog hair on it. The business thing to do would have been to atleast call me and let me know! Then I could have come and shook the hair off to clean it. Never again!!!
