My neurologist recommended I go to physical therapy to help with the pain and discomfort as a result of the arthritis in my neck. It was so great to work with Jeremy and Sue. They developed an exercise plan to help strengthen my neck and to give me more mobility in my neck and reduce my headaches. Not only has it strengthened my neck but I have a lot less headaches. It really has worked and they both make it relaxing and fun. The atmosphere is relaxed and easy going but they always ensure you do all the exercises necessary to help you reach your goals.
