Wish I could rate them better, but the staff aren't helpful (and rude). They didn't have anyone there to help load a glider chair. And they knew when we were coming (from ~1:00 away) to pick it up. The lady said she was the only employee there. But, when we were carrying out the chair, a man came out to unlock one of the doors. So, I was either lied to directly or he has some kind of physical hardship that he can't carry stuff (which is fine, but they didn't even say anything about whether or not he existed and/or could help). The lady behind the cash register seemed annoyed that I was even there (which is ridiculous, because the chair was not cheap). Not to mention that when my pregnant wife bought the chair, they didn't even offer to try loading it into her car (it might have fit, but they didn't even try). If you like paying lots of money while being treated as a nuisance, go here.
