I normally don't write reviews, but this time i just have to. My daughter had an appointment today for a glucose test. She went to the Imaging/laboratory in Dillsburg. Now my daughter is about 6 months pregnant and has had bad experiences when blood is taken so you can only imagine her feeling nervous. When she was called back by Patty, the person who performed the testing on her , was very rude and didn't even bother waiting for her to walk back to the room where the testing was done. My daughter then tells her that she has fainted in the past and asked if she could lye down when the blood is taken.. Patty, rudely said " well if i was taking your blood i would " in a very stern voice. She then gives her the glucose drink and tells her " you need to do this out in the waiting room" again in a very rude tone. Meanwhile, my daughter is thinking she had done something wrong to this Patty woman!! So anyway, my daughter see's this Patty being nice to everyone else that came in for testing but was an as#$%Yhole to my daughter. So hopefully someone from this office will see my review and have a talk with this PATTY person. I don't have tolerance nor respect for people who act like this way to others.. especially in the medical field.
